#Chinese #Egg #Rolls

Delicious egg rolls! I love mine with jalapeño pepper jelly! You can use 1/2 pound of meat for more veggie taste, or a full pound for meatier egg rolls.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Ground pork

  • 2 tsp Ginger, fresh
  • 4 Green onions

  • 1 Egg
Condiments
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
Baking & Spices
  • 1 (16 ounce) bagCabbage and carrot coleslaw mix
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 Oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
Frozen
  • 12 Egg roll wraps
Liquids
  • 1 tsp Water
