This quick and easy chicken cabbage stir-fry is a great weeknight meal. It's healthy, nutritious, gluten-free, paleo, low-carb and Whole30 friendly.

  • 250 g 0.5 broccolini or broccoli florets
  • 1 Carrot, large
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 Lime, Juice of
  • 3 cups Napa cabbage
Condiments
  • 1 tsp Fish sauce
Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
Nuts & Seeds
  • 3 1/2 tbsp Coconut aminos
